Trays and strips suck. Get rid of that.

The toothpaste and mouthwash from Smile Brite are much cheaper, easier to use and more efficient.

The mouthwash has no alcohol and is very mild on sensitive teeth.

Might be an option for ya.

I found this website while searching for solutions for my husband.
It offers a free trial, pay only about $7 postage, claims to show results in 6 days!

Also back by 90 days money back

Good Luck, let us all know if you had success

I have used Perfectly White teeth whitening system. Google Perfectly White and you'll see it comes up first. It took me only five days to whiten my teeth. It was under $70 and shipping was free. It was recommended by my dentist as well.

-home whitening kits work very well but they take longer to whiten your teeth. The Hydrogen peroxide (the whitening agent) is usually 10-15%. They are also the cheapest. Have you tried brushing with Sensodyne (or any toothpaste with potassium nitrate) before applying the tray? Sodium fluoride has also been shown to reduce sensitivity.

-Dental tray whitening has a higher % of hydrogen peroxide (25+%) and whitens your teeth more quickly. If you tell your dentist about the sensitivity, he/she may prescribe you some heavier doses of potassium nitrate to help. Moderately expensive.

-Zoom! or any tooth "whitening" light based technique uses hydrogen peroxide gel just like the above techniques however, they apply a light which they say "helps make the hydrogen peroxide work faster". But research at Tufts Dental School by Dr. Gerard Kugel has shown that the hydrogen peroxide alone produces the same amount of whitening. The reason why Zoom! initially appears whiter is because the light actually helps dessicate (dry out) your teeth but that quickly goes back to normal within 2 weeks. This is the most expensive and in my opinion, not worth it.

So long story short, if you want the whitening done quickly, I'd suggest going to the dentist to get it done. If you don't mind the time, I'd suggest doing the home treatment.
