What dental plans are good for single individuals/college students?

I cant receive medical because i am over 19yrs old and i am not pregnant, i think it is the same case with healthy families. Does anyone know of a good dental plan?

I’m not sure where you come from but here in Canada, UBC offers student dental insurance. It covers the basic but not all dental office will accept the insurance.
You should check with your student union and ask if they do provide coverage for students.
Most dental plans are good. It all depends on how much you want to put in.

If you are in the US you can check out a discount dental plan. You pay a small monthly fee that covers the entire household and when you go to the dentist you pay a discounted fee. It’s a great option for for people trying to save money on their expenses and still take great care of themselves.
You dont really need a dental plan unless you can buy it through your employer. What you can do is visit dental hygiene colleges for cleanings and dental colleges for dental work.
It takes longer but if you have the time it is worth it!
At dental hygiene colleges in my state a cleaning is only about 25 dollars! And it includes xrays or costs a little extra for xrays.
What is most important is that you get regular (2 or more times a year) dental cleanings! That will help prevent cavities and the professors and students will tell you if you need to see a dentist for any reason.
I have not seen a dentist for about 4 years but have had my teeth cleaned by hygiene students 7 times (2 a year). Because I had no reason to see a dentist unless I had a problem but everyone needs their teeth professionally cleaned to prevent cavities and to have a through evaluation of my mouth.
Visit and search dental hygiene programs by state. Call and ask if they have a public hygiene clinic and ask the prices. Or search dental colleges.
