We have no deductible and they pay 75% of almost everything except exam they pay 95%. Its the first time we have had dental insurance worth using and the receptionist didnt say anything today when I made the appointment. Any ideas helpful, if not I will find out in the morning.

I’m sixteen and just got a job as a receptionist at a Dentist’s office and I know I’m not going to get a strightforward and easy answer from digging around the internet so I wondered if anyone here could just give me a clear explanation as to what dental insurance is and how it’s different from medical insurance.
