Medi-Cal
Take a run down to Tiajuana. You’ll save!
I hear that dentistry in Mexico is cheap. My grandfather used to drive across the border when he lived in So Cal to get his teeth fixed. He never had any problems with it.
fulltime
go to Canada… they have socialized medicine.
And thus – we start to see WHY this is such a bad idea.
perhaps consider going to a dental school and have students work on you?
If you need braces you can apply for a scholarship at the orthodontist if you need that… or…. if you just need dentist dental care then you can arrange payments with them if they’ll allow it… or your third option is to get a second job and pay for it that way….
hope i helped!…
Firstly i see it really unfair that you have to pay in a Country like the U.S no matter the income.
Well, what are the options… save the money, try and find a cheaper dentist ? I’m not sure how the system works.
It’s about time the U.S government changed their rediculous policy for one of the richest countries in the world.
Good Luck
Go to Mexico
Check out the UCLA dental school for low cost professional dental care. They will work with you about paying whatever you can afford.
Go to a local teaching university and they usually perform services for cost of materials only. There should be one at UCLA or go to the Department of Human Services in your area and apply for assistance.
Get a second job ! Poor planning on your part should not constitute and emergency on everyone elses ! Including the government !
Mexico? Canada? YIKES! Try going to the website below and see if they have a provider in your area. They offer a dental benefits plan (not insurance) for about twenty dollars a month and you get all your dental work done at a discount price. The plan also covers anyone else that you live with so that comes in handy too! If you join they can get you a member I.D. # so you can get in right away! Contact them if you have questions and they will get them answered for you!
I market a program for people who are tired of spending lots of money on dental insurance and dental fees like what happened to me. Before I started this program, I tried several other ways of saving money on dental but nothing seemed to change. After signing up for this program, I was charged $50 on my first visit but only paid $10. I was charged $117 for my daughter’s teeth cleaning but with this program, I paid $47. Furthermore, instead of paying $75 for dental insurance a month, I pay only $20 a month for the alternative. If you know anyone who’s tired of paying too much money on insurance premiums and dental fees like what happened to me, please come visit.
I don’t know if this will help you save more money or not, but what if this program does? You never know.
