I am a dental hygienist in PA. I want to move to either Florida or NC for warmer weather, but I am concerned I will be taking a pay cut. I work outside of Philly and would like to also live outside a city in either state. Also, what is rent like? Price of houses?

I don’t get insurance through work but I saw something online for health and dental plans. They seem a lot cheaper than getting insurance on my own.
Has anyone tried this? Is there a catch I’m not seeing?
Thanks!

I need a dental insurance that covers getting braces (in a adult not child). Do you know of one?

Hi, I’m a junior in my high school that’s interested into becoming a dental hygienist. I’m confused about how to start or what classes to take.
1. Do I choose a college or university that offers a dental program as a major or just attend one for four years?
2. Do I take the classes that’s required for a dental hygienist, such as biology and chemistry in a college or university and move on to a dental school?

I desperately need dental work and have no dental insurance available through work. I have applied for carecredit and medicaid and been denied for both. Is there ANY help to be had?
